You can enter as many times as you like – for CCMA members, entry is included within your membership and just £375 + VAT for non-members with discounts for multiple entries.
This year, we’re celebrating 30 years of recognising the people and teams who inspire excellence and make a difference in our industry.
Whether you’re highlighting role models or celebrating innovative, people-first approaches, these awards are your chance to say thank you to those who deserve it most.
The Awards Night is a highlight in the industry calendar, with over 1,200 contact centre professionals attending. This year, the winners will be announced on Monday 16 June 2025 at Old Billingsgate, London.

Organised by the CCMA, the UK National Contact Centre Awards (UKNCCA) are in their 30th year. They are the most respected awards programme in the UK contact centre industry.
