Firstsource Solutions has been recognised as one of the UK’s leading outsource providers at this year’s National Outsourcing Association (NOA) Awards held in London on October 24th. Firstsource was the winner of two prestigious awards:
• Best Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Contract – with BSkyB
• Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year

The judges highlighted Firstsource’s innovation, flexibility, transparency and collaborative relationship with clients. The NOA Awards follow other recent awards won by Firstsource including the European Call Centre & Customer Service Award for Outsource Partnership of the Year and the UTV Business Eye award in Northern Ireland for Employer of the Year.
