UK National Contact Centre Awards 2025 – Finalists Announced!

Finalists for the UK National Contact Centre Awards 2025 have been announced!

Leigh Hopwood, CEO, CCMA (Contact Centre Management Association), commented,

“Congratulations to all the Finalists this year. Every entrant has had the opportunity to reflect on their achievements.”

“Simply being nominated is a testament to the incredible impact that entrant has had within their contact centre.”

 

One of the Head Judges, Jason Mann, Operations Director, PIB Insurance Group, said,

“The standard of entries this year has been exceptional, making the judging process incredibly tough.”

“On behalf of all the judges, I wish every Finalist the very best of luck in the final stages.”

Finalists include individuals and teams from organisations both large and small, including Britvic, British Airways, Doctor Care Anywhere, Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, Fibrus, Heineken, HM Land Registry, London Borough of Camden, Octopus Energy, Rentokil, So Energy, Travel Counsellors, Vodafone and Zopa Bank.

 

 

Winners will be announced on Monday 16th June 2025 at Old Billingsgate, London, overlooking the River Thames and set right in the heart of London.
