The HR Distinction Awards 2014 finalists have been announced, with RESPONSE, one of the UK’s leading contact centres short-listed in the category of Distinction in Employee Engagement.
The award short-listing recognises the exceptional people-focused results delivered by RESPONSE through its cultural transformational change programme and follows other recent successes for the Glasgow based contact management specialists; who were winners in October 2013 at the National Outsourcing Association (NOA) awards before enjoying further success again in November at the Customer Contact Association (CCA) Excellence Awards.
On both occasions the RESPONSE team was recognised for its exceptional partnership with Direct Commercial insurance provider Hiscox; in the categories of Financial Services Outsourcing project of the year and Contact Centre team of the year (B2B).
Julie McIntosh, Director of People and Culture at RESPONSE said “We are delighted to be short-listed for this prestigious award which further demonstrates the great results we have been able to deliver through the effective engagement of our people. Our vision of creating a unique business in our industry, with the highest levels of employee engagement and strategic partnerships with our clients truly sets us apart.”
The HR Distinction Awards celebrate the outstanding contribution that innovatively designed and superbly executed HR strategies make to business performance and the bottom line.
Judged by leading experts in people centred business strategies, the awards celebrate the very best in next generation HR thinking; ensuring that the right skills, the best people and the right management tools are in place to elevate the organisation’s performance.
