Content Guru scores 100% ‘Willingness to Recommend’ rating in the 2025 Gartner® CCaaS Voice of the Customer Report

The Gartner® Peer Insights™ reviews platform published 2,270 ratings in the 18-month period ending January 2025 and the data shared formed the subsequent Voice of the Customer Report.
