Aspect Software and UK based Unified Communications Systems Integrator Freedom Communications, have signed a reseller agreement. Freedom will supply, implement and support Aspect’s entire contact centre technology portfolio in the UK.
The partnership between Freedom, who hold Microsoft Gold Communications Competency status, and Aspect, a Microsoft Global Alliance partner, completes Freedom’s end to end Unified Communications offering, consisting of Voice, Data, Connectivity, Cloud, Security and Support.

The agreement sees Freedom add Aspect’s contact centre solution, Aspect® Unified IP® to its portfolio. This software platform enables tight integration with Lync and offers a comprehensive range of customer contact capabilities; from inbound routing and outbound call management, voice portals and multichannel self-service to unified communications and collaboration.
