Enghouse Interactive Invests in Partners that Buy-in to its Strategic Vision

enghouse.interactive.logoEnghouse Interactive has announced the launch of its new EMEA Partner Programme. The programme comprises a select group of Enghouse Interactive partners, which buy-in to the company’s strategic vision and roadmap and can align resources to support it.

Members are sub-divided into distributors and value added resellers. The latter category consists of technology resellers, application service providers, OEM providers that rebrand products as their own, and partners focused on supporting delivery to end customers, often as part of a broader solution. The programme also features tiered platinum, gold, silver and authorised membership, depending on the partner’s level of market reach, skills and expertise, revenue generation capability and ability to take on multiple products.

Enghouse Interactive, which is featured in the Deloitte Technology Fast500 2013 Ranking, is looking to become the single port of call for partners by continuing to develop and acquire differentiated products that offer world-class customer value, complemented by a programme that delivers compelling return on investment to the partners that join.

• Creating a joint business plan with each partner, determining training requirements and assigning Enghouse Interactive resources to help them achieve those goals

• Investments in a special joint marketing fund to support the partner in delivering go-to-market campaigns and demand generation

• Professional services support and discounted training rates

Customers will also benefit by being able to quickly identify accredited partners within the programme with specific expertise and specialisation in core products. This will effectively de-risk the purchase process.

Resellers not in the programme can now purchase through the company’s family of distributors such as Westcon, 5i Ltd and NEC.
