IPI Pauseable now available on AWS Marketplace – Extends Flagship PCI DSS functionality to Amazon Connect users

Pauseable uniquely offers Amazon Connect users the ability to automatically “pause” and “resume” call and screen recordings during the payment process or when collecting sensitive data. It requires no manual intervention – instead it responds to events or triggers within third party systems and applications. It removes all sensitive card data from the call and screen recording estate enabling customers to significantly reduce their PCI DSS obligations.
As a named AWS Partner, IPI’s Pauseable offers Amazon Connect customers the same high level of technical validation and security assurance required of all solutions listed on AWS Marketplace. Users purchasing Pauseable will benefit from a low friction purchasing experience – from sale to onboarding and in-life billing – with organisations entitled to use their Amazon credit spend if purchasing from AWS Marketplace.
