IPI Named a Supplier on CCS’s Networking Service’s 3 Framework

IPI, the contact centre specialist and solutions provider, today announced that it has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Network Services 3 agreement (RM6116) for Lot 4d – Inbound Telephony Services.

Under the new Network Services 3 (NS3) framework, IPI will offer carrier services for inbound call management for contact centre functionality, specialising in Inbound Telephony Services (Lot 4d), including:

– Establishing non-geographical numbers – IPI will take a consultative approach to managing community awareness of rights and costs, as well as buyer costs and functionality

– Delivery of clear consumption and utilisation metrics – IPI will empower clients with regular awareness of costs and quality performance of their investment

– Provision of transition support – IPI will implement methodology and risk mitigation around key dependencies to simplify and safeguard the delivery of a complex process

The NS3 framework gives public sector buyers access to network infrastructure and communication services; such as cloud services, audio and video conferencing, radio and satellite networking. The agreement is set to run for two years initially, with the option to extend twice for a further year.

The NS3 agreement is the next iteration of network services, replacing the current Network Services 2 agreement, and places a greater onus on suppliers to detail the subcontractors used, and the process behind, the delivery of services.

Sat Sanghera, CEO at IPI, said,

“We are delighted to be part of the NS3 framework and to be continuing to work with the government and public sector to deliver best-of-breed solutions and services that enable the delivery of exceptional customer contact,”

“IPI’s rich heritage in delivering innovative contact centre and telephony solutions make it an ideal partner for public sector organisations looking to meet the demands of the next generations of citizens.”

Being named as a supplier on the NS3 agreement adds to IPI’s previous experience in the public sector. IPI was named as a supplier on the G-Cloud 13 framework in 2022, providing services to public sector organisations across three lots. The company has also been providing services under the NS2 framework since 2019.
