South West Contact Centre Awards 2014 – Thursday 3 July at the Grand by Thistle, Bristol.
Hosted by comedian Rob Beckett and sponsored by Red Contact Centres, these sixth annual awards were attended by 300 industry professionals who celebrated excellence from across the SW region.

Jane Thomas, Managing Director of the South West Contact Centre Forum, congratulated all entrants, noting that the judges had regarded the applicants this year as world class. She said, ‘the growth and success of the industry within the last year have surpassed that of any other and I am proud to be involved in such a dedicated and thriving sector.’
Fran Hudd, Chair of the South West Contact Centre board acknowledged that ‘the forum was growing from strength to strength and this is down to the ongoing support and passion of its members.’ A testament to the dedication of the Contact Centre industry within the South West.
