Content Guru and Together Win “Best Use of AI & Automation” at 2025 CCA Global Excellence Awards

The award celebrates the success of Together’s AI project, powered by Content Guru’s storm® RTAS™ (Real-time Transcription & Summarisation) capabilities. Together, which has been supporting customers with complex and specialist mortgages since 1974, utilised their long-term relationship with Content Guru to streamline the capture and processing of information during customer assessment calls. Previously a manual and time-consuming task, agent summaries are now generated instantly through storm® RTAS, which has resulted in a 50% reduction in Average Handling Time (AHT) and enhanced quality and increased workforce efficiency across the sales and underwriting teams.

Notably, the project has enhanced the experience for both customers and staff: empowering advisors to spend more time engaging with customers, helping new starters get up to speed faster, and improving accessibility for workers; particularly for colleagues with hearing difficulties, by ensuring every word is captured and categorized accurately, even in noisy environments.
