Content Guru Celebrates UK Contact Centre Excellence at the 30th Annual UK National Contact Centre Awards

Content Guru, a leading global provider of enterprise cloud Customer Experience (CX) and contact center solutions, proudly joined more than 1,200 industry professionals to celebrate the UK’s top customer contact talent at the 30th Annual UK National Contact Centre Awards. Hosted by author and TV/radio presenter Sara Cox, the event recognised individuals, teams, and organisations driving excellence across the contact center industry.

As Platinum Partner of the Contact Centre Management Association (CCMA), Content Guru was delighted to sponsor the “Quality Manager of the Year” award: a category that celebrates those leading continuous improvement and service excellence.

Guests also raised over £7,000 for Elsie’s Story Charitable Trust, established in memory of Elsie-Dot Stancombe, who tragically passed away in the Southport incident.
