Finalists Announced for European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards

The finalists for the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards 2025, ECCCSAs, have been revealed!

Finalists of the 25th edition of the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) 2025 have been announced, revealing the brands that are creating positive change in customer contact across the continent.

As Europe’s largest and longest-running awards programme for this industry, the ECCCSAs continue to recognise organisations that are delivering outstanding service, driving innovation and creating remarkable places to work. This year’s winners will be declared at a magnificent Awards Evening at Evolution in Central London, on Tuesday 25 November 2025.

The 2025 Finalists include some of Europe’s most recognisable brands: eBay, Heineken, HelloFresh and The Lego Group; airlines such as British Airways and TAP Air Portugal; utility companies including GoldEnergy, Octopus Energy, Pennon Group and Veitur; leading banks such as Akbank, CaixaBank, Bank of Valletta, HSBC and ING Bank; and global outsourcers: Concentrix, Foundever, TP and Transcom. The awards programme also welcomes first-time entrants that are investing in their customer contact, including Axendi, Disney+, Teknofix, Together and VUSO.

The judging process for the ECCCSAs is rigorous and transparent, guided by a panel of industry experts who volunteer their time to assess each entry against clear standards and criteria. With record participation again this year, competition is fiercer than ever.
