The European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) are already well-established and carry a great deal of credibility across the industry, thanks to their robust judging process overseen by an unrivalled panel of industry experts.

Now, with the addition of the CCMA’s experience of running the UK National Contact Centre Awards since 1995, they are taking the European awards to a whole new level of prestige.

Nominations open 1st May and close at the end of July.
