The Caravan & Motorhome Club Success at Contact Centre Awards

The Caravan and Motorhome Club was shortlisted in five categories in this year’s 30th prestigious UK National Contact Centre Awards and scooped gold and overall winner in the Quality Manager of the Year category, won by the Club’s Oli Simpson. The awards were announced in London earlier this week to recognise individual, team and company best practice amongst the UK’s 6000+ Contact Centres.

The Quality Manager of the Year category recognises nominees who are responsible for ensuring that adequate controls and measures are in place to deliver a compliant, quality service to end customers. Nominees are managers who are passionate about delivering quality through frontline colleagues and work closely with the contact centre management team to create an environment where delivering a quality customer experience is paramount. They also demonstrate improvements that they have implemented or influenced in improving processes and measures in the last 12 months.

The Club’s Contact Centre Leadership team also won a Bronze award in the Leadership Team of the Year category.

The five categories the Club was shortlisted for were:

Quality Manager of the Year – Oli Simpson

Significant Contributor (CX) – Kate Parrin

Service Team Manager (small contact centre) – Robyn Millward

Caravan and Motorhome Club Contact Centre employees are required to promote and sell a range of the Club’s services and products, handle member and non-member enquiries and resolve any complaints to the required standards. All staff are trained thoroughly to provide excellent customer service at all times.
