Content Guru Expands European Footprint with New Global Operations Support Hub in Athens, Greece

The new location will support Content Guru’s growing Global Operations Team and extend the business’s dominance in Europe where it is the leading provider of CX technology.
The new location, in the Marousi district of Athens, will primarily focus on enhancing the resilience, security and scalability of Content Guru’s storm® platform. Marousi is a strategically important location due to the area’s thriving technology and developer landscape, as well as its ability to support maintenance windows in multiple key global locations, including the US. Infrastructure support engineers working in Athens will work seamlessly with other Content Guru teams around the world, contributing to multiple continuous improvement programs.
Content Guru continues to solidify its position as the leading innovator in CX, with over 70% of its workforce operating in technical roles. To support ongoing and significant year-on-year growth, the business is continuing to expand its European footprint. The recent launch of the new Global Operations Support hub in Athens is the latest step in this strategy, following the successful opening of Content Guru’s development hub in Porto, Portugal, in 2023.
