Capita to create hundreds of new jobs in Yorkshire

capita.logo.1Over 500 jobs in Capita’s Dearne Valley and Leeds call centres will be created over the coming months, providing employment opportunities for residents in the surrounding areas.

The vacancies, which are currently open for application, have been created in Capita’s customer services business, through its contracts with large high-street brands including telecoms, retail and utility firms. There are no minimum qualifications required for candidates, making these positions as accessible as possible to residents. Instead Capita is looking for enthusiastic individuals who possess great personality, with ideal candidates having had previous customer service experience.

The full and part-time vacancies give residents the opportunity to work as part of the Capita team who are renowned for their first-class customer service. Successful candidates will receive competitive pay and can look forward to a number of benefits including discounts at various outlets, access to an on-site gym in Dearne Valley and Capita group benefits such as childcare vouchers.
