“The contact centre industry is not only a key part of our economy here in Northern Ireland, but it is also at the heart of customer experience, communication, and service. It’s important to recognise the contribution of individuals and teams who consistently raise the bar in delivering high-quality customer service and support. We are delighted to celebrate the talent, hard work, and innovation that make this industry thrive. I’d like to extend a warm congratulations to all of the winners and finalists who represent the best of what we do. Each has demonstrated innovation, professionalism, and a relentless drive to improve both customer experience and the working environment within their organisations. They are the shining stars who inspire us all to strive for greater heights and the reason we continue to thrive.”

We are absolutely thrilled to be associated with corporate and personal recognition of excellence in the Northern Ireland contact centre sector and send our hearty congratulations to everyone who has taken part.”
