– All public donations to Soccer Aid for Unicef will be matched by the UK government.

– Soccer Aid for Unicef will be broadcast exclusively live on ITV on Sunday 10th June.

Yonder Digital Group are delighted to pledge their support to the Soccer Aid for Unicef telethon on broadcast night, with staff members volunteering their time to take calls and process donations from the general public. Our team of volunteers are critical to the success of the campaign and will be manning the phone lines throughout the evening. Staff are really looking forward to speaking with donors and thanking them for their support.

The UK government will match every £1 donated by the public through its UK Aid Match scheme, doubling the difference for children in danger around the world.

On Sunday 10th June, exclusively live on ITV, Usain Bolt’s Soccer Aid World XI will go head to head with Robbie Williams’ England XI for the eagerly anticipated Soccer Aid for Unicef 2018 match at Manchester United’s Old Trafford Stadium, as part of a new look charity campaign for Unicef UK and ITV.

Presented by Dermot O’Leary and Kirsty Gallacher, Soccer Aid for Unicef 2018 will see two teams made up of a host of famous faces from the entertainment industry and some of world football’s most iconic legends, all set to walk out onto Manchester United’s Theatre of Dreams pitch on Sunday 10th June.

This year’s Soccer Aid for Unicef features an impressive line-up of celebrities and former sportsmen, including: Robbie Williams, Usain Bolt, Sir Mo Farah, Eric Cantona, Gordon Ramsay, Olly Murs, Mark Wright, Brendan Cole, Joe Wicks, Clarence Seedorf, Robert Pirès, Yaya Tourè, Jaap Stam, Patrick Kluivert, Edwin van der Sar, Kevin Pietersen, David Seaman, Phil Neville, Jamie Redknapp, Danny Murphy, Michael Sheen, Ben Shephard, Nicky Byrne and Robbie Keane.
Soccer Aid for Unicef is the original England V Soccer Aid World XI charity match. It has previously featured A-list stars such as Will Ferrell, Woody Harrelson, Mike Myers and Niall Horan, plus footballing royalty including Maradona, Zinedine Zidane, Luis Figo and Ronaldinho.

Unicef, the world’s leading organisation for children, has joined forces with ITV to make the pro-celebrity football match bigger and better than ever, with more potential to raise money and vital support for children in danger. Soccer Aid for Unicef is produced by Initial, part of Endemol Shine UK, for ITV.

International Development Secretary, Penny Mordaunt, said:

“We are excited to be involved once again this year in what promises to be the biggest Soccer Aid for Unicef to date. The UK government will match public donations pound-for-pound, meaning that, together, we can double the difference for children around the world.”

100% of all public donations to Soccer Aid for Unicef will go towards supporting the vital work protecting children around the world. The money raised through profits from ticket sales and viewer donations during the match will add to the incredible £24 million that has already been raised through Soccer Aid over the last 12 years.

Graham Ede, CEO at Yonder Digital Group, comments:

“We are thrilled to be lending our experienced customer contact centre staff to this initiative and look forward to helping the public calling in with making their donations to this worthy cause.

Yonder Digital Group is delighted to lend its experience in outsourced contact centres and the charity sector to supporting Unicef.”
