CC33, who offer services to include telemarketing, digital marketing and training, have announced a recruitment drive to staff their second Sheffield based contact centre.
Speaking to contact-centres.com, Paul Fletcher managing Director commented,
“A combination of new services, new clients and investment has resulted in the rapid expansion of contactcentres33. We even purchased a suitable building in Sheffield to accommodate the growth of the company which initially will see the operation expand from 30 to 60 agents”.
Paul Fletcher, who can be deemed as a seasoned contact centre professional, launched contactcentre33, named as he was 33 years of age when he launched the company, having previously held senior positions at Call centre International and Voice Group.
