Axa Insurance is part of the Axa Group, a worldwide leader in financial services for over 300 years. Teesside is home to over 450 staff split across two sites and over the past 12 months has seen the introduction of Speech Analytics into their contact centre operation.
The team at Axa Insurance will share their journey of how they introduced speech analytics into their sales and retention departments, the challenges and benefits delivered back to the business. They will also divulge lessons learnt as they plan to implement the tools into other areas of the business.
The morning’s presentation and discussion will be graphically recorded by InkyEllie of Inky Thinking who will capture the event in a colourful piece of art in real time.
Following the seminar delegates will enjoy a tour of Axa’s contact centre operation.
