Already attracting more than 500 registrants, this 90-minute webcast will be held Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. Eastern time (EDT).

Webcast attendees will learn how risks associated with on-premises contact center solutions are often overlooked when building a total cost of ownership (TCO) model. They will also learn how understanding these risks, in contrast to the benefits of a cloud contact center solution, will assist them in creating a more accurate TCO assessment.
