Content Guru Shortlisted For 3 Categories at European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2021
Content Guru has been shortlisted for European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2021 in three categories.
Content Guru has been named a finalist for Best Crisis Management Approach for its work to help many large organisations keep operations running seamlessly throughout COVID-19. Content Guru’s browser-based storm® Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solution enabled customers including hotel chain, Jurys Inn, and rail industry membership body, Rail Delivery Network, to move their contact centre agents to a remote working model in just days.
Alongside this, Content Guru and customer Herts Urgent Care (HUC), which operates the NHS 111 and Out of Hours services that offers care for the 3.5m+ residents in the East of England, have been shortlisted for Best Innovation in Customer Service. The pair worked to develop and implement storm LINKTM, Content Guru’s on-demand video consultation application, to help reduce the number of face-to-face appointments needed during the pandemic.
Together with customer UK Power Networks, the UK’s electricity distributor, Content Guru has been shortlisted for Most Effective Business Transformation Programme in Customer Service, for its work to improve UK Power Networks’ customer engagement and experience in a multitude of different ways. Most recently, the partners began Project Iris, with the aim of implementing a host of new features over a period of 3 years.
After the judging process is complete, the winners will be announced at a prestigious awards ceremony on Tuesday 23 November 2021 at Evolution, Battersea Park, London.
