
Contact centre technology specialist Sabio received the marketing Partner of the Year Award at the Verint Systems Annual Partner Summit that took place in Barcelona last month.
The award recognises Sabio commitment to promoting best practices in the deployment of workforce optimisation (WFO) solutions. This honour follows a series of workshops conducted with Verint as well as the recent launch of the company innovative Sabio OnDemand powered by the hosted Verint Workforce Optimisation solution.
In the last year, Sabio collaborated with Verint to support the Professional Planning Forum volatility & Flexibility Challenge programme. Consultants from both companies hosted workshops across the country to help organisations optimise customer contact planning operations. Sabio also undertook a major launch of its OnDemand hosted contact centre offering, providing contact centre operators with immediate access to Verint market-leading Workforce Optimisation portfolio directly addressing the demand for WFO capabilities delivered via a hosted deployment model.
