Verint® Systems Inc. have announced it has expanded its partnership with Adtech Global to enable the long-time partner to extend its offerings of Verint solutions and services to contact centres in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). The EMEA portfolio offered via Adtech Global will now include a cloud-based Verint Workforce Optimisation™ (WFO) solution, as well as professional services and hardware available through Adtech Global.
