Outsourcer Serco, who secured a three year outsource contract with Hull Council, have announced initial plans for a new contact centre in Hull.
Announcing the plans Jonathan Prew, Managing Director of Serco Global Services’s public sector division, said: “We are fully committed to working in partnership with the council ensuring the service continues to be delivered by local people from the city and its communities.
“We will open a new contact centre in the city centre as part of our commitment to the council and staff, and we aim to expand our services over the life of the contract.”
