NMS Adaptive comments on the Information Commissioner Office’s new powers to fine contact centres or companies making nuisance calls

From 6th April 2015 the Information Commissioner Office (ICO) has increased powers, to include a fine of up to £500,000, to take action against contact centres making nuisance calls and sending out spam texts. (See the News Item)
