IP Integration (IPI), the contact centre specialist and solutions provider, today announced the launch of the global IPI Partner Programme as it looks to help partners harness the growing demand for flexible, AI‑ready customer experience (CX) solutions among small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The programme gives partners access to IPI’s own‑brand technologies, including ElasticCX and Cloud PCI, alongside the tools, expertise and support needed to win new business, deliver scalable solutions and build long-term and predictable revenue streams.
Designed to address the increasing complexity partners face in delivering end-to-end CX solutions, the IPI Partner Programme enables organisations to expand their portfolio without the need to build and support every capability in-house. Through access to IPI’s own-brand technologies, partners can deliver enterprise-grade CX solutions that are simpler to deploy, commercially accessible and flexible enough to scale as businesses grow. ElasticCX is IPI’s Contact Centre-as-a-Service (CCaaS) and Unified Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS) suite of solutions, while Cloud PCI offers secure payment functionality across four key modules – Pauseable, Pay By Link, Agent Pay and IVR Assist, ensuring full compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Three high profile partners have already signed up to the programme, including PurpleUC, a UK provider of communications services; Go CX, an independent, UK-based consultancy specialising in CX, compliance and AI technology; and New Era, a global technology solutions provider headquartered in the US.

Open to organisations of all sizes, the programme will divide partners into three main categories – Reseller, MSP/Service Provider and Introducer/Referral Partners:
– Reseller Partners – will sell directly to the end client, but IPI will deliver the solution on-boarding.
– MSP/Service Providers – will own the full spectrum of the customer relationship and onboarding process. The partner can also white label IPI’s products.
– Referral Partners – will introduce the opportunity and stay close as a trusted advisor, without taking on delivery risk.
Partners joining the programme will benefit from access to training, IPI’s full portfolio of solutions and services, and a dedicated partner portal that supports pipeline collaboration, business planning, product updates, shared collateral and enablement. Crucially, every partner will receive hands-on support from a dedicated IPI team, providing direct access to the expertise, technical resources and commercial support needed to build successful and profitable customer relationships.
