FourNet reveals huge strides in sustainability and social impact performance over the last year
Fast-growing tech firm publishes latest Responsible Business report and scoops equity investor Palatine’s ‘Leadership in Social Value’ award
Customer experience and digital transformation specialist, FourNet, has today published its latest Responsible Business Report, which reveals major gains in sustainability, social value and ethical governance over the last 12 months.

The 2024-2025 report highlights measurable year-on-year carbon reductions, strengthened alignment to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and Global Compact and improvements across key governance metrics including sustainable procurement, business ethics and social and community value.
Through employment, training, charitable volunteering activity and community partnerships, FourNet generated £2,660,194 in social value over the reporting period.
The new report comes as equity investor Palatine has named FourNet winner of its new award for ‘Leadership in Social Value’ reflecting the company’s strategic outcomes-driven approach that reflects directly to the expectations of its customers.
Stephanie Wall, Senior Sustainability Director at Palatine Private Equity, said:
“FourNet has gone beyond compliance to create measurable impact, demonstrating that responsible business can be a competitive strength. Their focus on measurable social value, ethical governance and sustainability places them among the top performers in our portfolio and the wider industry.
“Our Leadership in Social Value Award reflects both FourNet’s progress to date and the ambitious path that it is on as a business.”
FourNet already ranks in the top 7% of companies worldwide for sustainability performance, according to global sustainability benchmarkers, EcoVadis.
FourNet’s rating of 72/100 by EcoVadis means it scored higher than 93% of all companies assessed worldwide in 2024, and places it well above the ICT sector average (49.87).
Manchester-headquartered FourNet has seen its carbon emissions across its operations continue to fall, with reductions recorded in Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and a long-term target of Net Zero by 2050.
Richard Pennington, CEO at FourNet, said:
“From our investors to our employees, from every supplier choice we make to every project we deliver, we believe in making responsible business decisions. We are committed to minimising not just our own but also our customers’ environmental impact, making the right decisions for now and for the future.
“It’s also extremely important to FourNet that our social impact is aligned to our business principles. To take just two initiatives as an example, addressing the digital divide and helping the vulnerable avoid cybercrime, are simply extensions of our business priorities.”
With customers across UK central and local government, critical national infrastructure and enterprise, FourNet says responsible business is now “embedded into every project, every partnership and every outcome delivered”.

Today’s report was compiled in line with the principles of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and was reviewed by Collins McHugh CSR Ltd, which is accredited AA1000AS organisation.
