The seasonal recruits will be responsible for managing customer enquiries over the phone, email, social media and web chats.

“The festive period is certainly an exciting, but busy time at Echo-U. As we gear up for a surge in demand we are looking for individuals with an enthusiastic approach to customer service as well as good computer skills.

“With the opportunity to work across an inbound campaign for an award-winning courier, our seasonal roles are ideal for anyone looking for flexible hours or to make some extra money as they prepare for Christmas. We also provide a full training programme to ensure people are on track to provide outstanding customer service so experience isn’t essential. Our city centre base also means our recruits have access to great transport links in the heart of our bustling city centre and quayside.”
