To manage the campaign, Echo will deploy a core team to fulfil regular demand, supplemented with additional experienced advisors to deliver an agile operating model to effectively manage the shifting volume of enquiries associated with key stages of the campaign.

“This year we will be supporting the Electoral Commission with the various electoral events taking place across the country in May. The experienced Echo team will assist prospective voters in all manner of enquiries and will direct them towards all the information needed to register to vote – ultimately helping to raise participation levels across the country.

“Both the nature and intensity of enquiries that the helpline is likely to receive can vary significantly throughout the duration of the campaign so Echo’s core skills and values in agility, collaboration, and empowerment will be key”.

A spokesperson at the Electoral Commission added:

“It’s essential that members of the public who have questions about how to register or cast their vote with confidence receive informed responses.
