Ulster Bank 350 jobs at Belfast contact centre

ulster.bank.logo.2015Ulster Bank, in conjunction with its parent company Royal Bank of Scotland, are set to create 350 additional jobs at the Banks customer contact centre in Belfast it has been announced.

The bank, which will invest £350,000 to increase the size of its existing contact centre, currently employs 250 people who handle customer service calls for Ulster Bank’s clients both in the North and the Republic of Ireland.

“This decision by RBS to locate these jobs in the Belfast contact centre is a welcome recognition of the excellent standards that have been set by the Ulster Bank team in Danesfort.”
