- Customer satisfaction scores, independently surveyed by an Avaya contracted 3rd party
- Volume of sales
Along with the new Avaya Platinum Partner status, 4net Technologies have also retained their Partner in Customer Excellence status, which is based upon a higher number of Customer Satisfaction responses and at a significantly higher score of at least 88%.
