Sabio has partnered with Verint® Systems Inc. to provide executive sponsorship for the Professional Planning Forum’s key ‘Volatility & Flexibility Challenge 2014’ education programme.

According to the Professional Planning Forum’s Chief Executive, Steve Woosey, “One of the critical workforce optimisation issues currently faced by contact centre planning operations relates to the volatility of workload and an organisation’s flexibility requirement. If you’re serious about maximising your planning potential then you’ve really got to start off by quantifying your workload volatility – however, it’s increasingly evident that too few organisations are currently getting this right.”

“It’s great that Sabio and Verint – organisations that are both highly regarded as proven workforce optimisation specialists – are jointly sponsoring our core ‘Volatility & Flexibility’ education programme for 2014,” continued Steve. “With Sabio and Verint’s support, we have put together an integrated programme of events and regional workshops – running from March through December – to help our members learn, understand and discuss their volatility and flexibility requirements.”

Sabio is one of the UK’s leading workforce optimisation solutions specialists and a long-standing Verint partner. Verint’s portfolio of enterprise solutions includes the award-winning Impact 360® Workforce Optimisation™ suite that enables organisations to capture, analyse and act on customer, business and market intelligence – helping to maximise information and workflow across customer contact functions.

Like the Professional Planning Forum, Sabio is committed to helping organisations optimise customer contact planning operations, so we’re delighted to support its ‘Volatility and Flexibility Challenge 2014’ initiative, as well as its continued support for planning and analysis professionalism across all customer contact operations,” added Steven Chaplin, Head of Workforce Optimisation Solutions at Sabio. “We’re also pleased to be working with Verint, our long-term workforce optimisation technology partner, in enabling this education programme, and are looking forward to working alongside the Professional Planning Forum and engaging with its members at the events around the country.”

The Professional Planning Forum will be hosting a series of three different workshops that will be held across the country in Manchester, Glasgow, London, Cardiff, Newcastle and Dublin. Topics will cover making the case for change, people planning and closing the loop. Professional Planning Forum members will also have the opportunity to share learnings from this programme at a National Best Practice seminar in November. Further details are available here.

“As regular sponsors at the Professional Planning Forum, we are pleased to be part of the ‘Volatility & Flexibility’ education programme for 2014,” said Marije Gould, VP of EMEA Marketing at Verint. “We look forward to working alongside our solutions partner Sabio to provide valuable insight and support to the Professional Planning Forum members during these interactive events throughout the UK.”
