Cloud-based contact centre solutions, Magnetic North announces that it will be rebranded under the “West” name.
Magnetic North was acquired in November 2015 by West Corporation, a global provider of communication and network infrastructure solutions. The rebranding reflects West’s extended product offering to the UK market and enhanced global position in leading the industry transition to cloud-based contact centres.
The integration of Magnetic North’s cloud-based contact centre solution into West’s Unified Communications Services portfolio strengthens the company’s ability to meet growing market demand for seamless multi-channel communications. It means West now belongs to an elite group of global service providers with the capability to meet all of an organisation’s UC requirements including cloud-based contact centres, and in the US, E911 emergency service grade requirements.
Magnetic North’s existing customers can now access West’s complete portfolio of solutions to more effectively communicate, collaborate and connect with their audiences.
