Entries invited for the 2019 Contact Centre Network NI Awards – Entries are being sought from amongst the thousands of people working in NI’s thriving contact centre industry.
Organised by the Contact Centre Network NI, the CCNNI Awards celebrate the achievements of the individuals and companies in NI’s contact centre and shared service industry.
They are free to enter, and open to any call/contact centre, shared service centre, IT or customer service helpdesk based in Northern Ireland.
Previous winners included some of Northern Ireland’s top employers including: Allstate Northern Ireland, BNP Paribas, BT, Capita, Concentrix, Danske Bank, Echo Managed Services NI, Firstsource, Lloyds Banking Group, NIE Networks, Santander, SSE Airtricity, Ulster Bank and Yell.
Jayne Davies, Director of Contact Centre Network NI, understands how important the Awards can be for awareness of the industry.

Chair of the Network and President of Human Resources UK at Firstsource Solutions, Grainne O’Kane, believes that the Awards reinforce the message that contact centres offer a great career path.

With 16 categories across a range of contact centre functions – from Customer Advisor to Team Leader, Customer Engagement to Contact Centre of the Year – the CCNNI Awards reflect the strength and depth of the modern industry.
The finalists will be celebrated and the winners revealed at a glittering awards ceremony to be held at The Park Plaza Hotel Belfast on Thursday 17 October, where guests will enjoy an evening of entertainment, music and dancing – and hopefully take home a highly-‐coveted award too!
