Outsourcer Converso have announced the recruitment of up to 100 staff at their Southend on Sea based contact centre on the back of securing an outsource contract to provide telephone based market surveys.
Chris Persson, Converso’s group sales and marketing director, said: “We are delighted with this contract and to have created these interesting jobs in the local community.”
