Content Guru Returns to ICMI Contact Centre Demo

The leading European cloud contact centre and customer engagement technology provider, Content Guru, will return for the second year running to ICMI Contact Centre Demo 2018, from November 12 -14 at the Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas, NV.

The event will provide a 360° view of all the latest and most effective contact center best practices, technologies, and leading edge tactics. Delegates will have the opportunity to attend an array of keynote speeches and sessions, as well as live demos and a ROCKStar Party on Tuesday 13.

Content Guru will be exhibiting the omni-channel cloud capabilities of its multi-award-winning storm® platform at booth 505, with live AI and contact centre demonstrations available from the Content Guru team throughout the expo.

ICMI Contact Centre Demo is the final US expo in Content Guru’s 2018 US event calendar. Having exhibited at the utilities-specific DistribuTECH event in January, the team also showcased Content Guru’s contact center solutions at Enterprise Connect in March, ICMI Contact Center Expo in May and Contact Center Week Las Vegas in June, in addition to a comprehensive events program throughout Europe and Asia.
