ccma_logo.2014Now in their 20th year, the National Contact Centre Awards attract nominations from across the UK.  The awards recognise individuals who are role models in our industry – a credible and robust judging process ensures that the awards remain both independent and well respected.

The awards are judged by experienced and well respected operational leaders from within the contact centre industry. To retain the integrity of the judging process the CCMA does not allow sponsors to be nominated for any of the awards, nor do they use suppliers as judges.

All of the judges have been individually selected and trained by the CCMA to ensure there is a high level of integrity, quality and consistency throughout the process.
