Business Systems has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Network Services 3 framework (RM6116), covering Lot 3b – Communication Platform as a Service, Lot 4c – Contact Centre Services, and Lot 4d – Inbound Telephony Services.

Business Systems, a leading provider of compliance and customer experience solutions has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Network Services 3 framework (RM6116) for Communication Platform as a Service, Contact Centre Services, and Inbound Telephony Services.

The agreement allows Business Systems to provide all UK public sector organisations with:

  • Access to software and hardware integration services to allow API development from communications suite to external omni-channel applications
  • Access to inbound and/or outbound contact centre management including automation and queuing to multiple answering points
  • Inbound call management services for contact centre functionality
