Business Systems, a leading provider of compliance and customer experience solutions has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Network Services 3 framework (RM6116) for Communication Platform as a Service, Contact Centre Services, and Inbound Telephony Services.
The agreement allows Business Systems to provide all UK public sector organisations with:
- Access to software and hardware integration services to allow API development from communications suite to external omni-channel applications
- Access to inbound and/or outbound contact centre management including automation and queuing to multiple answering points
- Inbound call management services for contact centre functionality
