BGL announces new Customer Services Director for BGL Customer Services – Lisa Steele appointed Customer Services Director

BGL Group, a leading digital distributor of insurance and household financial services, which owns brands including, and Beagle Street, is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Steele as Customer Services Director for its Customer Services function.

Until recently, Lisa was Director of Customer Contact & Sales & Service Digital Transformation at TUI (UK & Ireland), where she had operational responsibility for the contact centres, incorporating: customer contact, strategy development and transformation across digital channels, retail, contact centres and the Cruise business.

Prior to this, Lisa was Director of Customer Service Consulting at PA Consulting Ltd, where she completed assignments for a varied range of clients including Carnival UK, Scottish & Southern Energy and Barclays. Lisa joined PA Consulting Ltd from Severn Trent Water where she was Senior Manager, Customer Contact & Transformation. After graduating from University College, Swansea, Lisa began her career at Marks & Spencer, prior to joining Dixons Stores Group as Operations Manager.

BGL Customer Services sits within the Insurance, Distribution and Outsourcing (IDO) division of the Group, and comprises three contact centres based in Peterborough, Wakefield and Sunderland.
