Content Guru and Together Win “Machine Learning / AI Project of the Year” at 2025 Digital Technology Leaders Awards

This recognition highlights the continued success of Together’s AI project, powered by Content Guru’s storm® RTAS™ (Real-time Transcription & Summarisation) capabilities.
Since 1974, Together has supported customers with complex and specialist mortgage and secured-loan products and has a loan book of £7.8billion. By building on its long-term partnership with Content Guru, Together has streamlined the capture and processing of information during customer assessment calls. Previously a manual and time-consuming task, agent summaries are now generated instantly with storm® RTAS™, leading to a 50% reduction in Average Handling Time (AHT), while also driving higher quality and greater workforce efficiency across both its sales and underwriting teams.
Notably, the project has enhanced the experience for both customers and staff: empowering advisors to spend more time engaging with customers, helping new starters get up to speed faster, and improving accessibility for workers; particularly for colleagues with hearing difficulties, through ensuring that every word is captured and categorized accurately, even in noisy environments.
Earlier this year, the project also garnered recognition at the CCA Global Excellence Awards for “Best Use of AI & Automation.”
