North East Contact Centre Awards. Rainton Meadows Arena played host to hundreds of guests at this year’s Oscar themed event which was organised by Sunderland City Council.
After weeks of deliberation the judging panel of seven declared Barclays call centre the winner of the ‘Over 250 seats’ category whilst London and Country Mortgages took the trophy for the ‘Under 250 seats’ title.Other key awards included Customer Service Superstar, collected by Sarah Leach from AXA, Contact Centre Adviser of the Year picked up by Paul Markey from Virgin Money and Brightest New Star awarded to Becky Scales from Sage Pay.
