Call and Contact Centre EXPO 2020 Rescheduled for 15th & 16th September 2020 due to Increase in International Travel Restrictions.
The organiser of leading technology show Call and Contact Centre Expo (18-19th March 2020, ExCel, London), has been closely monitoring updates on the spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus.
The global impact of this situation, not least upon international travel and resulting restrictions imposed by many organisations, means that after discussions with all parties the organisers have taken the decision to postpone.
The event will now take place on the 15th & 16th September 2020 at ExCeL, London. This will include all events co-located with Call and Contact Centre EXPO 2020 including Customer & User Experience Expo and Smart Communications and Connected Business Expo.
