SVL Provide WFM Solution to Deliveroo Contact Centre

SVL is delighted to announce they are providing a workforce management (WFM) solution for global on-line food delivery giant Deliveroo.

Calabrio WFM will installed as hub for the scheduling of contact centre agent activities across countries such as Italy, Dubai and Hong Kong.
