It has been reported that Cruise operator, Royal Caribbean, is to relocate its Surrey based contact centre to Guatemala with indications suggesting that 100 jobs would be lost.
In a Statement the company confirmed that the Company would be split into three separate operating companies, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises with a multi-lingual contact centre based in Guatemala handling calls from across the three companies.
