Magentrix expands with Enghouse Interactive Partner Portal

megantrixMagentrix have announced that as part of its expansion into Europe its popular cloud solution, Magentrix Site for Salesforce, is powering the newly-launched European Partner Portal for Enghouse Interactive.

The new portal integrates seamlessly with salesforce.com, is easy to set up and use and provides a secure site for authorised partners. Providing product access, a document repository and resources such as training and certification, the portal allows Enghouse Interactive to expose specific parts of its Salesforce CRM to partners to enhance collaboration, help drive revenue and business success and make it easy for partners to work with them.

Over the last three years, Enghouse Interactive has experienced significant growth both organically and through acquisitions. After inheriting many divergent channel programmes, Enghouse Interactive has now developed a consistent programme and a significant channel partner ecosystem, across EMEA.

Tony Davies, International Partner Director at Enghouse Interactive said, “We needed to find an easy-to-use, secure way to work with our partners, bringing them inside our organisation with permission to see and access specific parts of our Salesforce data as well as access to relevant documents and resources. We also needed it to integrate in real time with our existing Salesforce opportunity pipeline, so we didn’t create a data silo.”

“With a diverse product portfolio it was also key that the solution was flexible enough to meet different partner needs. In addition, with potentially several thousand users, cost structure was important to us, and Magentrix’s packaged solution meant that we had the flexibility to double our user base with the peace of mind, that our costs wouldn’t double too.”
With the Magentrix solution powering the new Partner Portal, Enghouse Interactive is:

  • Maintaining relationships with multiple levels of partners such as distributors and smaller resellers where hierarchical permissions are required.
  • Providing partners with secure access to a wide portfolio of product, information and documentation as well as training programs and certification.
  •  Collaborating with partners on product and marketing plans, opportunity management and contract negotiation.
