EC Outsourcing Seeking Agents at Contact Centre

EC Outsourcing, the Boldon, Tyne & Wear, outsourcer have announced the recruitment of 40 agents at their contact centre.

ecoutsurcing.march.2016The recruitment of 40 contact centre agent positions follows a successful 2015 during which time the company secured 3 new outsourcing contracts, a successful and on-going partnership with Newcastle based energy provider Future Energy growth and will see the number of agent positions rise to 160 staff.

Commenting on the recruitment drive, Richard Knox, Commercial Director at EC Outsourcing said,

“The area is a hot bed of sales and contact centre talent and we have built our business around that talent, so the opportunity to work with experienced and knowledgeable people the industry would add even more quality to our business.

“Being an energy business we feel that the ability to find new employment without having to transition into another industry will lessen the blow for those staff, and allow them to continue working in the energy industry.”
