Dunelm announce the creation of 30 new jobs at Contact centre in Radcliffe
The homeware retailer is expanding its Customer Service Centre in Radcliffe, which currently employs 80 contact centre staff.
The Customer Service Centre, which handles 700,000 customer interactions, now supports other members of the Dunelm compant to include Kiddicare, Achica and Worldstores.
Head of Contact Centre, Philip Cochrane said:
“We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals that are passionate about providing a great service to our customers.
We’re really excited to be growing the team here at the Customer Service Centre and I look forward to welcoming new colleagues to the Dunelm family.”
Dunelm have 165 stores nationally and employ more than 9000 colleagues nationwide.
